L'ouvrage est souvent attribué à Ğalāl al-Dīn al-Suyūṭī. Inc. (f. 1v) : الحمد لله الذي اخترع من العدم الموجودات (...) اما بعد فهذا كتاب قد وضعته في علم الطب وهدبت اعراضه Exp.
